Registration begins at 1:00 and the meeting at 1:30.

Fundamentals of OIT

The fundamentals of OIT will be presented to help prepare the novice practitioner to return home and confidently offer food OIT in their clinic. These comprehensive sessions will provide experienced clinicians with information that will reinforce their current practices and suggest modifications that will help them improve their processes.

Topics will include:
– Office preparation
– Patient selection
– Time out – OIT is not for everyone
– Protocols
– Food sources
– Office and Home activities
– Managing reactions

We’ll end Friday with a cocktail hour at 6 pm and a networking dinner buffet at 7 pm.

Following breakfast, included in your hotel stay, sessions will begin at 8:00 AM.

Advances in Food OIT

– Food sources: formulating low doses and conversions
– Infant & toddler OIT

– Trouble shooting panel discussions

We’ll finish up by 3 pm Saturday, so you can get from the airport hotel to your late afternoon/evening flight home.
