Meeting registration includes Friday lunch, dinner reception, break snacks, and Saturday breakfast and lunch.  No refunds after June 1st.

Friday Newbie sessions 9am-12pm, Joint sessions 1pm-6pm. Saturday 7am-2pm.

We have a block of rooms held at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport Hotel (not Grand Hyatt) at the discounted rate of $147/night. The guestroom cutoff date is 5/29/25.
